Program Overview and Schedule

The detailed schedule is in your workbook! 📘 

This program is divided into three phases:

  1. 🌱. Restore
  2. 🌿  Stabilize
  3. 🌳  Expand.

Each phase is 5 weeks long and every week, you will be training 6 days.

On any given day, you will have less than one hour of assigned workouts broken up into chunks through the day. 

Every workout has a follow-along video, so you just push PLAY and GO!
