Necessary Equipment
These are all the home gym tools you'll need to train your body back to tip-top form. Nothing needs to be super expensive high-end versions. Get something affordable that won't clutter your home!

- Foam roller OR lacrosse ball OR softball
- Pillow/Cushion/Balance Pad or Exercise Mat for stretches when your knee is on the floor.
- Yoga blocks (2)
- Ankle weights - 1 pair. 1-5 lbs. to start. 10 lb. pair for advanced students
- Dumbbell pairs: 2 lb, 5 lbs. 8 lbs. 10 lbs.
- Single Dumbbells in 15, 20, 25 lb. for beginners. Advanced students can keep going higher.
- To save space, adjustable dumbbells are awesome! For instance, you could buy one pair of 25 lb. adjustable dumbbells and have ALL the dumbbells necessary in the program!
- Light resistance bands (orange from Serious Steel). 1 pair recommended to fine-tune tension.
- Pull-up bar
- Stairs or a Step/Curb
OPTIONAL
- Exercise mat
- Heavier resistance/pull-up assist bands for chin-up assistance (blue, red, and purple recommended to match a spectrum of strength levels)
- Tibia blaster from the Tib Factory

- Plain old stick (e.g. broom, PVC pipe, closet hanging rod, etc.) to help with balance
