Special Advice for Athletes

📉 Eliminate or reduce your high intensity/high load workouts for at least the first two phases of this program. 

💆‍♀️ After and/or before gym workouts, use the massage routine (in whole or in part) to keep your body feeling limber. 

🕰 Do the asymmetry routine AT LEAST as often as you see it listed in the normal schedule. Do it MORE to help you stay aligned and symmetrical. 

👀 Pay close attention to how your body responds to the stretches and exercises in this program. If you find any "magic bullet" exercises that seem to solve your problems, use those exercises often! If you find exercises that are REALLY difficult, make sure to work on them with extra time and attention!
